What Melifestation is
A personal-growth app. From the answers you write, an artificial intelligence writes short present-tense stories about the life you want and reads them in a standard voice, or in your own voice if you choose to record it. There are also affirmations, sounds to focus or sleep, and a board where you keep your words and photos.
What it is not — read this part
- It is not therapy, nor a medical or psychological service. It does not treat, diagnose, or replace the work of a doctor, psychologist or therapist.
- It is not financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.
- We promise no results. We do not guarantee that what you want will happen, in whole or in part. Nobody can, and anyone who guarantees it is deceiving you.
- Sounds and frequencies are just sounds. We describe them by what you hear, not by any effect on body or mind.
- We do not claim your thoughts cause the events of your life. In particular, nothing here is to be read as meaning you are responsible for an illness, a bereavement, an act of violence or a misfortune that happened to you.

AI-generated audio
- Stories, subliminal affirmations and sleep programs are written and read by an artificial intelligence, through ElevenLabs. The app says so next to the audio.
- AI can get things wrong: a name, a detail, a sentence that doesn't sound like you. If something is off, don't use it and write to us.
- You may use the “your voice” feature only with your own voice and only if you're 18 or older. Don't record anyone else's voice.
- The audio is for your personal use. Don't use it to impersonate anyone, to deceive anyone, or for commercial purposes.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. To use your own voice you must be at least 18.
Subscriptions and payments
- Some features require a subscription. The subscription is monthly. The price depends on your country (for example $24.99 a month in the United States and €9.99 in Italy): the store shows it in your currency, taxes included, before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple (or Google) account when you confirm the purchase. Payments are handled by Apple and Google: we never see your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically, for the same period and at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- How to cancel: on iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. If you have a problem, write to us anyway and we'll try to help.
- If we change prices, the store tells you first, as its rules require. Your price doesn't change until the end of your current period.
Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Starting the content immediately can end that right, as the legislation provides. In practice: go through the store, they have a simple process.
What's yours and what's ours
What you write is yours, and so is your voice. You allow us to use them only to write and read your stories, as the Privacy notice explains. The stories created for you are for your personal use. The name Melifestation, the logo, the texts and the software are ours: you may not copy them, resell them, or use them to build a competing service.
Using the service
Don't try to break into places you shouldn't, take our systems down, extract content in bulk, or use it to train models. Don't write illegal or abusive content in the app. If you do, we may block your access to the service.
If you got the app from the App Store
If you downloaded Melifestation from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies. These terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Apple.
If something goes wrong
We do our best to keep the service working, but we can't guarantee it's always available and error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on what you read or hear in the app.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers, which remain intact.
Changes
We may amend these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in reasonable time, in the app. If you don't like it, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the app.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you're a consumer, you may still bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
